SECOND SUNDAY
Every second Sunday, Noden turns into a daytime party with ecstatic dance, live music, rope, coffee and connection. The Flow and Suspension Sundays come together for an afternoon across two spaces.
A daytime party at Noden
Every second Sunday of the month, Noden opens up for an afternoon of movement, music, rope and connection.
In the Church, The Flow expands into a four-hour ecstatic dance journey with two DJs or live acts, giving you more time to move, explore and get lost in the music.
In the Temple, Suspension Sundays hosts an open Rope Jam alongside the dance. Come to tie, practice, play, explore or simply hang out.
Two spaces. Different expressions. One Sunday afternoon.
14:00–18:00
No booking needed. Come on time, bring an informed understanding of consent, and join us for the afternoon.
Bring your favorite snacks, share some coffee and hang out with us.
CONSENT & NO PHONE POLICY
Consent is central to everything we do at Noden. Come with an informed understanding of consent, respect personal boundaries, and remember that participation is always based on mutual, ongoing consent.
To keep the space present and connected, we ask that phones stay away during the event. Please do not take photos or videos of others without their explicit consent.

Expect the same freedom to move, connect and express yourself, with guest DJs and artists bringing a different sonic journey each time.
And there’s more: every second Sunday of the month, The Flow will expand into an afternoon edition from 14:00–18:00, featuring two DJs or live acts.
Same open floor.
More room to explore.

Tantric Wednesdays at Noden
Tantric Wednesdays is a recurring series of workshops at Noden exploring tantra, embodiment, intimacy, connection and the many ways we meet ourselves and each other.
A series of workshops exploring tantra, embodiment, intimacy and connection.
Tantric Wednesdays is a recurring series of workshops and evenings exploring tantra, embodiment, intimacy, relationships, connection, and the many ways we meet ourselves and each other.
The series brings together different teachers, practices and perspectives, creating an ongoing space for curiosity, exploration and deeper connection.
A space for exploration
Tantra is a broad field, and there is no single way to practice or experience it.
For us, Tantric Wednesdays are not about presenting one particular definition of tantra, or telling people how they should experience their bodies, relationships or sexuality.
Instead, we want to create space for exploration.
Space to slow down.
To become more aware of the body.
To explore connection and communication.
To notice our boundaries, desires and patterns.
To meet ourselves and others with greater curiosity and presence.
Some evenings may be playful. Others may be challenging, introspective, sensual or deeply embodied. Different facilitators bring different approaches, experiences and perspectives.
What connects them is the invitation to explore.
Different teachers, different perspectives
Tantric Wednesdays is intentionally not built around a single teacher or a single interpretation of tantra.
The series features a growing group of facilitators, each bringing their own experience and way of working.
The autumn programme has already welcomed Wilda, and includes Daniel Nilsson, who offers an Introduction to Tantra, as well as Andy Buru, whose work explores embodiment, relationships, consent, sexuality, group dynamics and human connection.
And there is more to come.
By bringing different voices into the same recurring format, we hope to create something that is broader than any individual workshop. Each evening stands on its own, while also becoming part of a larger exploration.
Creating the space together
Many of the practices explored within tantra involve vulnerability, intimacy and human connection. That makes the environment we create together just as important as the practices themselves.
Consent, communication, boundaries and presence are therefore not side notes. They are part of the foundation.
We want Tantric Wednesdays to be spaces where people can explore while remaining attentive to themselves and to the people around them.
The space is not something that simply exists when you walk through the door.
It is something we create together.
You don't need to be experienced
Tantric Wednesdays is not a club for people who already consider themselves "tantric".
You don't need years of experience. You don't need to know the terminology. And you don't need to arrive with a particular goal.
You can simply arrive curious.
Each workshop has its own focus, format and prerequisites, so some evenings may be particularly accessible to newcomers while others invite a deeper exploration.
There is room for both.
An ongoing Wednesday tradition
With Tantric Wednesdays, we want to make space for something that can unfold over time.
Not a single workshop. Not a fixed course. But an ongoing series where you can encounter different teachers, practices and ideas, return to familiar themes from new perspectives, and discover aspects of yourself and others along the way.
A Wednesday evening can be many things.
At Noden, we are making room for it to be a night of curiosity, presence, embodiment and connection.
Welcome to Tantric Wednesdays.

Oxytocin Body Work

We begin with a soft guided warm up, then move into floor-based partner work where we take turns giving and receiving touch.

Welcome to Oxytocin BODY WORK
This is not massage… but deeply relaxing anyway ☺️
Oxytocin BODY WORK combines gentle touch, movement, presence and nervous system regulation through inspiration from Craniosacral Therapy and the Alexander Technique.
We begin with a soft standing and moving warm up with hands-on guidance and support. From there, we transition to floor-based partner work where we take turns giving and receiving gentle touch.
The focus is not on “doing” but on listening.
How does touch change when we stay connected to ourselves, our breath and our midline?
What happens when support becomes softer, slower and more attentive?
✨ No experience needed
✨ No partner needed
✨ We will pair up during the workshop
There will be a short introduction to the methods.
For those familiar with craniosacral work, this session is inspired by an integrative approach blending functional/anatomical and biodynamic perspectives.
Alexander Technique is shared from a student perspective.

Wednesday Tantra at Noden
Every Wednesday evening, we open a tantric space at Noden – a place to explore presence, embodiment, and conscious relating
Every Wednesday evening, we open a tantric space at Noden – a place to explore presence, embodiment, and conscious relating.
Each week, professional facilitators guide us through different themes and practices. From consent and boundaries to pleasure, communication, and sacred intimacy – each session offers a new doorway into deeper connection with yourself and others.
This is tantra as a practice of presence, not performance. An exploration of your whole self – body, heart, and boundaries. A space held with care, clarity, and respect.
Whether you're curious about tantra, experienced in the practice, or simply seeking a more embodied way of relating – you're welcome here.
Each session is a standalone experience – join one, join all, or drop in when a theme calls to you.
Practical Details:
Every Wednesday April 29 – June 24, 18:00–21:30
