Workshops & rituals
All our workshops are non-profit and created or co-created by our members. Apart from the recurring workshops listed here there's also a whole range of other events taking place. Check the Calendar to find out what's happening week by week.
Tantra Wednesday’s
Every Wednesday evening, we open a space for a tantric journey through presence, embodiment, and the art of conscious relating.
Each week brings a new theme, a new doorway: consent, pleasure, communication, intimacy, boundaries, connection. Guided by experienced facilitators.
This is not tantra as spectacle or performance. It's tantra as practice – an invitation to feel more, sense more, and meet yourself and others with greater presence and care.
PRIMAL PLAY
Primal Play is an embodied practice where we explore movement, sound, expression, and play through our most instinctive selves. It's a space to let go of the everyday mask, tap into raw energy, and meet others in authentic, spontaneous connection.
Through guided exercises and free exploration, we work with breath, vocalization, physical expression, and playful dynamics. No experience needed – just a willingness to feel, move, and discover what emerges when you let your primal self out to play.

Free flow
Free Flow is our largest weekly recurring event and takes place every Thursday evening. It's basically a small and sober rave where you are encouraged to express yourself freely through movement in a free and non-judgmental space. Every time features a new DJ and the music played can vary greatly from time to time.

SHIBARI
Rope. Trust. Connection.
Shibari is the Japanese art of rope bondage, where communication becomes something you can feel, not just say. A practice of presence, care, and shared exploration.
Learn to tie and be tied with awareness. Explore the dialogue between rope, body, and trust.
Whether you're drawn to the aesthetics, the sensations, or the depth of connection, you’re welcome here.
All levels. Solo or with a partner.
Check the calendar or Noden Facebook group for upcoming sessions.
Authentic Relating Games
are fun and easy exercises that help us practice being authentic in our relationships with others, such as friends, partners, family and co-workers. They help us understand and express ourselves to others and improve our ability to see the world through the eyes of others.
You might find that you are not so different from everybody else after all, and that others also want deeper and closer relationships and friendships, and are embarrassed of the same things as you are. You might even make new friends here.

Your workshop?
Do you have knowledge or a skill that you would like to share with the world? Stop procrastinating and let us know!
Previously at Noden
Why not bring them back, or create a new workshop inspired by these?
SAFE STAGE
You are invited to come to Noden and have 10 minutes on a stage. But it won't be just any stage. We will create a space that is non-judgemental and respectful, where acts are bathed in unconditional love and support before they have even begun to perform. Where if you have something to show us, we will watch. If you have something to say, play, sing, shout or whisper, we will listen.
Songs for the Soul
You are invited to come and connect with this ancient soul language, the language of song, through singing we can connect with each other and tap into the parts of the psyche that are not for the everyday or mundane, that are reserved for times when we quiet the mind and open the hear.
No singing experience is required and you do not need to be able to read music.
Juggling and passing
Come and join us in the ancient art of object manipulation. If you are a total beginner, you will learn the 3 steps to juggle 3 balls. If you can juggle, you will challenge yourself with advanced tricks!
Everyone will experience the fun of Passing, that is when two or more people juggle the same balls exchanging them in defined patterns.
Rhythms and Drums
This workshop is developed for practicing skills that can be very useful when playing and composing with a wide variety of metres and rhythms in any given musical style. Regardless of whether you are a complete beginner, a professional musician or anything in between, this workshop is suited for all technical levels and will challenge you according to your level.
Co-creative yoga
Let’s co-create the experimental and the classic / the wilder and the subtle / the wise and the crazy
Co-creative yoga is a safe space for us to explore what yoga can be. Previously, along with various types of yoga, the workshops time to time consisted combinations of breath-works, chi gong, forest dance.
