A series of workshops exploring tantra, embodiment, intimacy and connection.
Tantric Wednesdays is a recurring series of workshops and evenings exploring tantra, embodiment, intimacy, relationships, connection, and the many ways we meet ourselves and each other.
The series brings together different teachers, practices and perspectives, creating an ongoing space for curiosity, exploration and deeper connection.
A space for exploration
Tantra is a broad field, and there is no single way to practice or experience it.
For us, Tantric Wednesdays are not about presenting one particular definition of tantra, or telling people how they should experience their bodies, relationships or sexuality.
Instead, we want to create space for exploration.
Space to slow down.
To become more aware of the body.
To explore connection and communication.
To notice our boundaries, desires and patterns.
To meet ourselves and others with greater curiosity and presence.
Some evenings may be playful. Others may be challenging, introspective, sensual or deeply embodied. Different facilitators bring different approaches, experiences and perspectives.
What connects them is the invitation to explore.
Different teachers, different perspectives
Tantric Wednesdays is intentionally not built around a single teacher or a single interpretation of tantra.
The series features a growing group of facilitators, each bringing their own experience and way of working.
The autumn programme has already welcomed Wilda, and includes Daniel Nilsson, who offers an Introduction to Tantra, as well as Andy Buru, whose work explores embodiment, relationships, consent, sexuality, group dynamics and human connection.
And there is more to come.
By bringing different voices into the same recurring format, we hope to create something that is broader than any individual workshop. Each evening stands on its own, while also becoming part of a larger exploration.
Creating the space together
Many of the practices explored within tantra involve vulnerability, intimacy and human connection. That makes the environment we create together just as important as the practices themselves.
Consent, communication, boundaries and presence are therefore not side notes. They are part of the foundation.
We want Tantric Wednesdays to be spaces where people can explore while remaining attentive to themselves and to the people around them.
The space is not something that simply exists when you walk through the door.
It is something we create together.
You don't need to be experienced
Tantric Wednesdays is not a club for people who already consider themselves "tantric".
You don't need years of experience. You don't need to know the terminology. And you don't need to arrive with a particular goal.
You can simply arrive curious.
Each workshop has its own focus, format and prerequisites, so some evenings may be particularly accessible to newcomers while others invite a deeper exploration.
There is room for both.
An ongoing Wednesday tradition
With Tantric Wednesdays, we want to make space for something that can unfold over time.
Not a single workshop. Not a fixed course. But an ongoing series where you can encounter different teachers, practices and ideas, return to familiar themes from new perspectives, and discover aspects of yourself and others along the way.
A Wednesday evening can be many things.
At Noden, we are making room for it to be a night of curiosity, presence, embodiment and connection.
Welcome to Tantric Wednesdays.
